Refund policy

We offer refunds if you've told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you'd like to return them. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and in its original condition, due to hygiene reasons.

Once you've let us know, you’ll need to return the goods within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

Return postage and packaging costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, and will include the original standard delivery cost (if paid).
